  • Our Nana at 87 used to stretch every morning from her bed side stretches, toe toe etc... It was the 1st thing she did after reading Psalms 23.

    Mornings are easier.

  • hey hey! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my BF got hot 6 pack abs and lost a lot of fat with it.

  • @2134jonny That's really weird, but eating healthy isn't just about salads. If you eat way too little and not enough of the right healthy foods, you actually can gain weight.

  • Hi i acually gain weight from eating healthy and i lose weight from eating junk food like i ate healthy all week salads ....... no junk food at all and i gained 20 pounds but the next week i ate very little healthy food and more junk and i lost the 20 pounds i gained

  • @ElephantBlog The most efficient method to lose body fat is have 4-5 days without junk then on 5th/6th day have what ever you like (just don''t eat 5000 calories lol). This tricks your body from going into starvation mode & minimises fat storage. Combined with a little extra excercise it works great. 3/4 moderate gym sessions p/week & a lil walking p/day is enough. Drink water & if your bod's hungry not thirsty always eat something. Works great & u can still enjoy some treats ;) All the best :)
