This is a program the beatles made in october (or november dunno..in the anthology paul says it was november, but in they also say it was the 27th of october.. well..close dates anyway:P), 1965 the 27th. Other singers and bands sang their songs. It was a tribute to their music. The show was a 1 hour long TV special. Here you just can see the parts where Beatles peformed and some John and Paul pics..

  • "John Lennon was the mastermind behind all the songwriting" not true. He had nothing to do with the Obla dee type shit people seem to like. Not to mention the good Paul stuff did like Lady Madonna and Hey Jude.

  • @cdadave83814 They didn't really lip-sync as much as just over-dubbed video footage of them pretending to play for music videos, or certain shows. In fact the majority of their music videos are not over-dubs but live un-edioted footage. It was heavily during the early years, and it was no secret, like in Rain where Ringo is sitting in the back playing a tambourine lazy-ly on a track with the sound of a drumset playing, or Paul not playing his bass for a certain scene and you still hear bass.

  • @emilioortiz14 Fact: Paul McCartney had more Top 10 singles than John did in their time as the Beatles (by a significant margin). With that said, they're both equally good. John was a bit more creative, but Paul was more melodic and more successful.

  • brilliant i love the beatles could watch them all day

  • This program was recorded within the span of 2 days - November 1-2, 1965, and then it airs on December 19, 1965. Check beatlesbible-dot-com for more information of accurate dates of Beatles History.

The Beatles themselves were hardly ever been accurate in their chronological dates - Paul is no exception. George was PROBABLY the best of the Beatles in recalling dates and events, but he's no longer around, and while he was around he didn't really like talking about Beatles History either.
