actually squirtles water gun damages if you press b without charging or if someone is on the ground from falling

You can't control Squirtle's Water Gun and it does NO damage at all. It just pushes back items (Crates, Barrels, etc.) and other people.
Charizard's Recovery Move (Fly) he Flies higher into the air at about an 85 degree angle. While flying, there's a little Fire Spiral around him/her,
Icysaur's Razor Leaf is just one Razor Leaf and it flies forward (Will slightly go up/down a bit to hit the enemy)
