Aion 3.0 - Mounts: bike flying

Cleric is without a mount, ranger is on a bike. Flying time expires while using a mount, and you can fall and die as well.

How do you obtain it?

@Jerumatzu it's a crafted item, recipe is sold by NPC, you need to be a handicrafting master (500 p) or have a friend that is a handicrafting master ^-^

I'd like to get some of the weed they were smoking when they decided it was priority to put some useless speed bike in the game rather then fix the broken mechanics.
