WaveRunner - Unused Track?

I was listening to the music from this game on BridgeM1, and heard this song that sounds really cool and when I was in the test menu of this game on the Model 2 emulator, that track wasn't in the sound test menu.

And if you're wondering why I have a picture of Dan Hibiki, it's because this theme fits him well. And it kinda sounds a lot like his theme from "Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter". For one thing, the drums in this song sound exactly like the ones in MvSF.
