We do not get enough water - we're dehydrated and don't even know it. Andreas Moritz tells us what signs and symptoms to look for to tell us if we're not getting enough water. Many of the beverages we are drinking now, are dehydrating us (such as coffee, tea, soda and sports drinks). Not getting enough water can cause diseases.

  • I'm always drinking water, first thing when I get up and all throughout the day. It fill me up too! I think it's the best thing u can do for your body

  • Wow lol....this is so great. Want to know the first thing I do when I get in in the morning (ok well sometimes it the 2nd thing)? I drink a big glass of water!!!!
