This is a pervious pour using the Allen Engineering 255CD Triple Tube Paver

A few notes about the job:

Type of job: Residential streets
Pour width: 20
Pour depth: 7
Production rate this day: poured 445 LF in 5.5 hours.

Compaction: The contractor said that he was getting 3 4 time the compaction using the Triple Tube than what he would get using a single roller tube.

Machine set up: the contractor set the front tube ¾ higher than the drive tubes. This allowed the drive tubes to compact this ¾ as the machine moved forward. This is a one pass operation.

Lastly, the contractor ran a cross roller just after the machine and then laid wet curing blankets.
