@eluminated professional competitions have a long list of rules
the UFC bans alot of strikes and submissions because they are to dangerous to use in the heat of a fight
the best techniques are normally someones own.
they develop from training and practice, just practice and things will come naturally just dont be too focused on hurting someone, its the quickest way to lose a fight.

@SecretSword yah these MMA guys dont get it .Stuff like iron palm is no joke .All the arts are deadly if one train for that .MMa is not real combat.
