I like your honesty about children....I think its a HUGE responsibilty and needs to be taken seriously....SO many just have kids and dont take care of them and they grow up and repeat the same cycle...just because you can have kids should not give you the right to have them if your not prepared...

Nonsense, all Prop 8 did was preserve the status quo. It didn't force any beliefs. Those who are looking to change marriage are ths same-sex marriage proponents, not the Christians. Get your facts straight!

Hey ...that's one awesome song playing within the background; however, what is the name of it?

Re/ the I.R.S. revenue drops; I wonder if a fair percentage is people who are purposely not paying tax because of this increasingly corrupt government?

Nice video.

Looks like some nice scenery from where you are filming. As far as having kids, 2 thirds of the ones that do are part time parents at best, thats why they have no clue as to what being a parent is. Being a parent is a commitment to nurture and protect your child, not throw them in government run daycare three months after you pop one out. Or to plop them in front of the idiot tube with a fast food meal and a liter of mountain dew instead of slow cooking wholesome food to nourish their young body

Most do abandon them, but if you have no retirement egg, limited social security ect. The amount of retirement aid you can get from your children with medical costs, housing costs, food costs, would probably exceed the amount you had to invest in raising your children for the first 20 years.
As far as being a liability, it depends how much you invest in your children. You can spend a little or a lot of money on your children, and they can spend a little or a lot of money on you in retirement.
Not that I believe this is right, but people with children can depend on them to take care of them in their old age. But if you don't have children in the first place then you save money. Children in the third world are seen as a labor asset by parents and as means to retire them.

No, they can't. Many people abandon their parents.
"Children in the third world are seen as a labor asset by parents and as means to retire them."
Those people live in the third world, so if you want to emulate their lifestyle and mindset, feel free.
In terms of economics, children are liabilities. Plain and simple.

The positives of marriage and children far outweigh the negatives. Nothing is better than having children with the person you love. 10,000 years of recorded history tell us that people like to pair up and have a family. Its the basis of society. Someday maybe your timid and self-centered little soul will progress to the point of understanding this. Until then, could we hear more discussion about how we might alleviate the economic and political hell storm that's coming? Thanks.

First of all, you don't even know me, so how can you criticize my character. Second, please don't pretend as though you are intellectually superior. Especially when you have failed to provide a rational reason for a man to get married.
The truth is that you simply can not create a rational counter argument, so you resort to insulting the messenger.
