10 years on a chain. No blanket, toy, or bone. Often no clean food or water. AAS first saw this abused and neglected dog at night, lying in the frozen mud in her own feces, being snowed and sleeted on. Neighbours told AAS that her owners urinated on her from the porch. For $50 the BCSPCA would have killed her. That is what the owner was days away from doing when we rescued her.

WHERE did this happen?? WHAT animal "welfare" agency was called SO many times??? THEY also shd be prosecuted for NEGLECTING to take ACTION!! pls someone TELL me!!

And this is how a poor sweet gentle Dog at the mercy of its 'guardian' is treated?! Why is this allowed to happen?
Poor Judith.She was so beautiful & eventually loved.Bless you Animal Advocates for finally intervening.Look at her body language at '10 secs compared to her happy smile at 3'10.Its like two different Dogs

i know a guy who watched a beautiful german shepherd dog be neglected and abused by her owner, so one day he covertly opened his car door, she got in, and he took her to a great farm family where she happily lived out her days. original owner could not figure out where she went!
