  • @lololol36 So if i am running short distance i should be landing on my toes? how about cross country race i do 1k,2k,3,4k,5k and 3miles should i also be landing on my toes

  • @nani5019 Depends on what you run. If you're running short distance, you should not only be landing on your toes, but pushing off with them. If he says to land on your toes, it's just to help you develop proper form in landing on your forefoot.
