He's hot with or without his long hair!
To clear things up, he is NOT dating Nikki Reed! Everyone from the Twilight movie are really good friends, she was helping him get boxes to move.
I have also heard that he cut his hair for his new movie Parts per Billion which starts filming in january. His hair will grow out in time for New Moon. And being that he has such a small part, they probably won't need him until the end of filming.
