Falsely accusing people of being racist is dangerous for our society, and especially dangerous for our long struggle for equality.

Let's stop the foolishness and have a REAL argument.

  • racism still exist and alive and well. not all white people are racist. but the system apparently still fosters racist bias against blacks. .. WAKEUP.. SANTA is not real.. sorry little guy.. racism is a very strong problem in the world. obama is a puppet. racism is a still alive and well.

  • Other kids might be less fruity than you......

Have you written Rush on his racist crap?

  • I definitely agree--it's important that we speak out against those on our side when they say things that are insulting. When someone says something racist or sexist or __ist it's the duty of those around that person to set them straight, let them know that those kinds of comments aren't tolerated. Only then will we move forward as a society.

  • Nah didn't say everyone from the group had to believe that, I'm saying just admit the truth that SOME do. And speak up against them. if you ( meaning whomever)don't you're no better. That's what I was trying to say.

  • It seems that you want to make the argument that if some minority of a group believes something, the rest must believe it too. If you want to make that argument, then that means that since some black people hate white people, all black people hate white people. But that's not true, is it? Your argument is fundamentally flawed.

  • Just becasue you haven't heard Republicans say Obama is "uppity" doens't mean anything. And some RePblicans Senator or officaial from Georgia called him that so you very, very wrong. And SOME of those protestors and tea-party memeber were racist too. if you can't admit that you're blind and prejudice yourself.

  • Ohh get off of it. Liberals called Condoleeza Rice an Aunt Jemima, threw oreo cookies at the feet of Michael Steele and made racist cartoons about him, refer to black conservatives as uncle tom's, sellouts, house niggas or "that token black guy" on a constant basis. But I bet you have no problem with someone like Young Jeezy making a song like "my president is black" don't you?

  • Or maybe folks WANT it to be more subtle, since it requires no mental skill to actually say the word "racist" for the purposes of political expediency and then make that sorry li'l two-step of a backpedal by saying "Oh, but it's too nuanced for me to prove. Just accept the label as fact"

  • dude you are too old to have such a high pitched voice

  • 1) I never said all accusations are false, and if you would pay more attention to what I say instead of what you want me to say, you'd know that.

    2) Obama and other black politicians have said things against whites that no white could say against blacks, and so there's a double standard. I don't take what a radio announcer says as a statement of what a party thinks, but I do take elected official's statements seriously...they were elected by their party.
