It's a video I made for a presentation in my school. I used some scenes from house of flying daggers.

  • Where is that song from? It's not from "House of Flying Daggers" is it? For some reason I think it's from "Memoirs of a Geisha".

  • The song is from "House of flying Daggers" and is called "Beauty Song (Jia Ren Qu)" and is performed by Zhang Ziyi. Maybe there's a similar song in "Memoirs of a Geisha".

  • I'm not Chinese but I'm Asian. My husband is Chinese. I learned a lot when I was visited there last year, one thing for sure there cities are very very clean. For first time in my life I never seen a city that has so much so muc high rise building, free ways bridges stack up like a plate of noodles.

  • I WILL FOREVER LOVE MY COUNTRY--CHINA!!

  • ive been china last year, fuck, so nice there, toally different 2 what i seen in the tv in us,the only shit i can say is: all the skyscrapers, hot chicks, modern citys, and hotels are fucking good servce, shit i wanna go there this chrismas...cant wait:D

  • I lived 2 years in Beijing and I visited Langfang, Xianghe and Tianjin. I was there during the Olympic Games and I worked and lived with chinese people. What I saw there is so different what I can watch or read here in America. I really like chinese culture and I think is a great country... Is there any perfect country in the world? Is there a perfect government in the world? Can somebody answer theses questions?

  • I correct myself. China dosen't hide everything the CCP hides everything...well the old school CCP. I have a better respect for China after this summer's games

  • to chufuss: u said china hides everything.

and i say china didn't hide EVERYTHING.

and are u sure American didn't hide

    everything?

get urself out of the box and put urself in others shoes plz!!

    before u made these comments.

indeed i dont might ur free speech.

at least we know that ur one of those who

    misunderstood the fact in china.

  • I agree American and Western media is bias and driven by "big buisness".Western colonialism and imperialism destroyed many great people like the Native Americans. We just hope China does not do the same in Tibet. When most Americans say,"Free Tibet",we don't want a Tibet free from Chinese rule.We want a China where religion is free.

  • but man I strongly hope that one day u and ur friends can go to China to see wut is going on there indeed instead of hearing news from biased media such as CNN. and the best recommendation is go to my hometown which named "ChengDu" near to Tibet, u can see panda there and there is also a railway directly to Tibet, u can see the truth in Tibet also.

  • Take free speech, indeed there was big problem when I was very young, however it really improved a lot during the passed 15 years. Now we can also discuss and critisize our goverment. there are so many forums on the websites for our disscus, and the forums never been blocked.can not deney there are still social issues in China.we r trying to deal with them.but it takes time.coz China is stil a developing country right?like u cant force a child to study in university inorder to make him educated :)
