Bad Triple Ristretto Bottomless Espresso

This shot flows too slowly and was over extracted. Looks great but taste was bad. Espresso should not be eye-candy, its about the taste!
Coffee: Sweet Maria's Classic Italian Blend (home roasted)
Machine: Quickmill Anita
Grinder: Mazzer Super Jolly
Dose: about 19g

What roaster do you have? I use IMEX CR-100. But my coffee don´t get much flavour/body. :-(

Nice. That's a 60-second+ pull. Breaks all the rules in the book and Im sure you can taste all of that anarchy in the cup. This clip makes me realise that my shots are much better than I thought.
