Hi MJ. So glad I viewed your video. I am going on 4 weeks post op and I have to say I have an appetite. Of course can only eat the 4 oz but mentally I am hungry. Working on that. I know that everyone tolerates food differently but I am trying not to panick becuz I can eat soft bread sometimes better than an egg. Any suggestions frm anyone wld be apprciated. Thank you for your honesty and being so candid. You're beautiful and awesome.

You are looking so great. Your smile just shines girl! Way to work through it and get back on track... big kudos to you on that! I've made major changes several times over the course of my life and sometimes not easy but ultimately always good... congrats on your non-scale victories... and keep up the great work! :o)

The "Kids" thing. I have 2 sisters with no kids and 1 w/ 3 like me.Kids are great BUT they are not everything.that is what we tell my sisters w/o kids the one really wanted them and tried till she was 44.she was really sad about it- there is a lot of heartache that can go much further than the fun times do...just my 2 cents.
it's it amazing when the scaled doesn't move or even goes down when you eat bad?? at least taking vitamins isn't life or death if you miss a week or so just not a yr.
You look fabulous MJ.
You are doing so well and of course you are questioning the direction of your life right now. Things are changing so quickly for you and so it is good that you are considering and questioning your life as you are today, not 5 or 6 years ago.
You are so young and have time to make important decisions, taking control of your health was just the first decision.

You are right Judy. My life has changed so much in the last year, even the last five years. I'm not sure why I thought I had to stick to the decisions I made so long ago. It's a little overwhelming thinking of all the things I can do (or let myself now think I can do).

Hey MJ! We've all had those times when we deny that we are 'being bad', but you're attitude about it is right on. Forgiving yourself and make better choices! You're therapist is soo right, just because you decided something in the past doesn't mean you have to stick to that decision forever. I remember saying I would NOT have kids before 30 and I had all three well before 30. :)
You look fantastic and beautiful, as usual!!! take care - jenn

Thanks Jenn. I get into this mind set where it's all or nothing and the decisions I make are absolute. It's kind of silly. I'm realizing that I have the right to change my mind, which opens up a whole world of options that I had dismissed. Scary but also really exciting.
