Video Diary HCG Weight loss Journey Load Day 1&2

Load Day 1 Was hard because I was getting over a cold or something I had to force my self to eat because I didn't have a desire to eat but I made it. I feel so much better to day and the show must go on. After weighing myself on the scale (I do not trust ) it said that I was 202 lbs. That is a 4 lbs weight gain since monday which was 198 so I will keep you posted.

Do I start injectin HCG on my first 2 days of load days or not .or until the third day please help
