HFT's first kill of Baleroc, normal mode. This one's pretty much all in the healing rotation. The first time we did it properly was the time we got the kill (attempt #13). In the lower right of the video you'll see a frame that keeps track of the buff stacks, as well as which healer has the debuff which prevents getting more buff stacks. Healers were in constant contact during this fight, as the target switches need to be coordinated pretty tightly to keep the tank alive. Usually there is one person on the tank and the other two healing the raid members who get Shards of Torment - each direct heal increases the heal buff stacks. Those stacks increase healing done, but only to the tank. Any time the tank is healed, a 15s debuff is applied to the healer which prevents gaining more buff stacks. When Baleroc does his Decimate ability, all healers switch, which leaves two healers on the tank during decimate. When it ends, the healer who should have been off next goes back to raid healing.
