You walked into the hospital thinking you were having routine surgery. The doctor told you Everything would be fine. The nurse wants you to sign informed consent papers, and reassures you that everything will be all right. You come out of the hospital believing that everything was done fine, and now you start to have post-operative complications that do not go away. You call the doctors office to get answers and help for your problems, and are told that it is nothing to worry about. You are in pain and your condition worsens, but still your doctor tells you its nothing to worry about. What do you do?
Chances are you will go to an emergency room to get evaluated. You may have a CAT scan for an MRI as well as a surgical consultation to determine whether your problems are related to the recent surgery. He may require additional surgery. Watch the video to learn about surgical misadventure and what happened to a man who had his common bile duct inadvertently clipped off during laparoscopic gallbladder removal.

An ambulance chaser is presumably one who literally chases ambulances to the hospital in the hope of signing up a recently injured accident victim. After 21 years in practice I'm proud to say that nobody, except you, has claimed me an ambulance chaser.
A predatory one no less. I assume you mean that I listen to a scanner or wait in the bushes to rush to traumatized accident victims to sign them up. Again, that is not how I operate.
Potential clients come to me seeking legal guidance.

I disagree with your comment. Here I explain exactly what happened to my client and how I was able to help. In case you didn't watch the entire video, you should know that I didn't cut the common bile duct during the gallbladder surgery. Nor did I fail to recognize the patient's worsening condition despite his repeated complaints to the doctor.
Nor did I cause his new doctors to open up his belly from one side of his body to the other to fix his problem.
This man came to me for legal help.

Gerry,
You have no idea what you're talking about. You're nothing more than a predatory ambulance chaser.
