熱血行進曲それゆけ大運動会

Nekketsu koushin kyoku sore yuke dai undoukai for gameboy.

This bomb contest game is only in the gameboy version, basically it's like tag but with a bomb. You have to knock down the other player(s) before you can set the bomb onto them.
When the time runs out they get blown up.

I set the time to 1min just for recording purposes, it's usually about a 3minute game by default.
