Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and author Ron Suskind, a 1981 graduate of the University of Virginia's College of Arts and Sciences, and Kurt Wimmer, leading First Amendment lawyer and Suskind's attorney, speak at UVA Law about their years locked in a legal battle with the Bush administration.

Suskind and Wimmer discuss the legal ramifications of Suskind's 2004 book, The Price of Loyalty, and touch upon the latest saga of information leaks involving Edward Snowden. Together, Suskind and Wimmer expound on the changing balance of power between the press and the government while giving their thoughts on the future of that complicated relationship.

Their talk at UVA Law was sponsored by the Student Legal Forum.
