Huckabee Defends McCain against Romney Ads 12/29

John McCain's record:
* Has never voted for a tax increase
* Has never voted for an unfunded liability
* Has never supported amnesty for illegals

Mike Huckabee's reocrd:
* Cut over 90 taxes
* Reduced the Arkansas debt
* Brought reforms to education

The real Mitt Romney: A real liar!

Thank God for men like Huckabee! I would love to see a Huckabee/McCain team-up for the White House...there's no way Romney can win the nomination. No Republican with sense would vote for him. Like 1980PintoMan said, he's more of a democrat.

Another reason he would be a good President, he tells it like it is. Take a look at Romney's record, liberal on every issue. He would do better to run as a democrat, he fits right in with their model.

Romney is too slick...any man who says his boys are helping the war effort by driving the campaign bus is an empty suit; a rich one at that, with nice hair and white teeth. No substance that Mitten man Mitt.

Mike Huckabee has it right, Romney needs to stop with the negative campaigning. If people were to start pointing out Romney's faults it would end
up being a TV mini series..

The problem is not just the character attacks, but Romney's simplification of issues and an artificial distinctions. All of these candidates recognize the need for border security and low tax burdens, but they also know that we need more legal immigrants and spending controls. McCain has worked towards consensus solutions. Huckabee is a gentleman here and would make a fine VP for a term or two.
