KAISERSLAUTERN, Germany -- Six years ago, before Spc. Rachel Lee joined the Army, she swiped credit cards to survive. Now a medic at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Lee was confronted about her unpaid accounts. She went to U.S. Army Garrison Kaiserslautern's Army Community Service program at Pulaski Barracks, where she met Denise Fesel, a financial readiness expert.
