Own design Quadrotor UAV flying by itself.

GPS, compass & barometer used to lock position. 3 accelerometers & gyros to stabilise the flight attitude.

No external control inputs whilst filming.

  • Great demo! is the tall antenna on the MK for OSD, GPS, FPV Tx, or for the receiver?

  • Tall aerial for 35MHz RX

    Other aerials are long range 868MHz modem, 2.4GHz video TX and patch antenna for GPS

  • Thanks, done no work on auto-landing yet - though it is presently carrying a Maxbotix Ultrasonic sensor but not using it. Currently working on waypoint navigational autonomy software.
