Switching from Barbell to Dumbell work more lately, in the past had only been able to do 6 reps at 90lbs. Decided to throw up the bills tonight and see what I could get.
(For all you form nazis, no I don't go all the way down, only to parallel so the pec doesn't disengage and it become an anterior delt press. There, I said it. Let the flaming begin...)
