PLEASE help me! :) every time I try astral projection (after doing meditation) I always get to the part where it feels like your spinning (or vibrating) and I try to keep my attention on THAT. But my breathing distracts me or having to swallow. Any suggestions?

also, practice is postponement. If you had the nerves you would just do it... but thanks for the tips

no, I get the whole meditation part. But really, all you got to do is flow it your choice of astral projecting. I've got the first time I gave it a shot. And it was werid. All I really had to do, was basically do it. My subconscious was just silent when I made the choice and I just did it...

I want to thank you for your video. I tried meditating with the help of a friend a few years ago but was never able to astrally project. I decided to get back into it for piece of mind and it is good to know there are people out there like yourself, helping people like me achieve the goal. I am curious to know how return from the projection once you have achieved the goal and if there are any warnings to heed once you project.

I am very ignorant to astral projection but willing to learn. Never meditated before either, what is your advice on a place to start this journey? Any recommended books?

when I meditate, I lie down and after a while I can't feel my body. what does that mean?

@MichelleSerenaXo You're in a complete state of relaxation. Just go with the flow and ENJOY that. It takes people a lot of work to get to that point. Your body is experiencing (for lack of better words) a total and complete shut-down. It's good for healing and keeping the mind balanced. That's so awesome that you've experienced this!

@RiaRoseKnows thanks! am I able to leave my body after I get to that point? thats the part that I can't figure out how to do :(

@MichelleSerenaXo You're pretty much able to leave your body at any point. The not feeling your body may also be a sign that you have already left. Some things you can do is actively ask yourself "Where am I?" "What am I seeing?" "What am I capable of doing?" Since everyone is different, it's hard to tell if this stage is you experiencing a total state of relaxation or if in fact you have left your body. What are you sensing during this stage (aside from NOT sensing your body...noises, smells?)
