Back in 1994, Howard had an intern go to DC to interview residents about why Marion Barry, a politician caught buying and using crack is getting such support. The answers they come up with are less then flattering to say the least. A black man calls in to complain to Howard and when questioned why he is voting for Marion Barry, his answers are less then flattering as well.
