Looks like someone threw paint at it

Correct, it was white paint thrown down on to the top of this coach. Occurred on the approach to Old Oak Common depot whilst passing through Kensal Green.

@toffie702 Steam rising from the buffet must have got blown down, condensed and frozen to form that! =)

This is britain. Tea was being made on a cold morning. As soon as the steam from the boiler got out the vent, it condensed then quickly froze. Obviously.

Probably kids being throwing snowballs at it at some other station.
