Another old demo in which the PC that is tracked is actually the PC that is doing the tracking. But this is not the self-reference philosophical mumbo-jumbo that is interesting. It is rather the fact that this time the texture on the object is almost non-existent.

  • Doesn't this have the potential to change everything? Something doesn't seem right to me, I need to see this in real life.

  • We do Business to Business, we expect to do Business to Consumer soon...

  • combine this with some video eyewear and you could walk around with augmented reality vision right?

  • Yes. We even made already some months ago a see-through Augmented Reality demonstrator for a well known car manufacturer, but alas I'm not allowed to show it to you yet.

    bmw, i'm guessing.

  • great work!! superb

  • awesome work....probably u can employ hand tracking also to simulate button pressing. I mean the cd drive should eject if u TOUCH the eject button and similarly for the shutdown and restart button.

  • Ours ! :) We have several real-time algorithms for various purposes that we have developed alone or with a partnership with some European researchers.
