Henry Ellis was a nasty piece of work. He took pleasure in bragging about how many people he had injured in street fights.

I took a class from one of their Dan grades last Tuesday. Aikido is a weird martial art, if you can use the technique right, strength will matter for nothing. These techniques are weird because they don't require strength, only control and speed. With Nikyo I was able to take down a 250 pound gold belt (I am currently unranked) when I am only 150.
Its a very interesting art, and one I plan on studying for a while at least.
