I was thinking that today. I should record this on a CD. There are a lot of tunes I play live that are popular but have never made it onto a CD. The next CD should definitely include this song.

O.K. After the E9 transition. I'll tell you where the root note of the chord is and you can probably figure out the voicings from there. Here goes
Ami7 (root, strg. 5-fret12)
Gmaj7(root, string 5, fret10)
Fmaj7 (root, string 5, fret 8)
B7(root, string 6- fret 7)
C#7(root, string 6, fret 9)

Thank you so much. That is a great compliment.

Thank you. So, the verse ends in an open E, then I play an E9, at the 7th fret. I use 9th chords in place of 7th chords often. I'll see if I can outline how I play an E9 like htis, string - fret held. (6-x, 5-7th, 4-6th, 3-7th, 2-7th, 1-7th). Does that make sense?

WOW thank you so much!
you must be a music genious! or geneous... i forgot how to spell...
but thanks!
Nice one! If you'd only look a little more enthusiastic than concentrated you could be Tommy Emmanuel :) Nice work with the percussion! Cheers from Sweden

@slowdive922 Thank you. You're right. I need to probably relax and have a little more fun while playing. I concentrate so hard, that I often frown when I play. I've had a number of people remark about that.

Love it! Afternoon reruns of this show got me through my sucky Jnr. High years in the 1970's! Thanks!

That's great. I remember all those reruns well myself. You're very welcome, and thank you.
