Christmas Cookies 101 - coconut macaroon

Homemade Christmas Cookies (Plätzchen) here coconut macaroon / kokosmakronen

For the pastry you need: 4 egg white
250g Sugar powder
250g coconut flakes
1/2 Lemon (Juice) 1 Lemon (Peel)

1) Beat egg whites
2) Add sugar powder
3) Add coconut flakes + lemon juice + lemon peel (Stir by hand)
4) Take to spoons and portion the pastry
5) Let the kokosmakronen dry in the oven for 10-15 min (80°C=176F)
