This would have been so much funnier if right after Sylar said his name, Mohinder slapped him across the face, kicked the chair over on its side (with Sylar still in it) and then went to bed.

I know. That sounds so cruel. I love Mohinder and Sylar, but that would have been so funny to see.

He wanted to see if Mohinder would spare his life. Sylar didn't actually want to kill Mohinder, there wasn't any gain to killing him (he didn't have any powers). Sylar would of eventually killed Mohinder if Peter didn't come.

If he said Gray then Mohinder wouldn't belive him as he used Zane's power to show Mohinder what he can do.

It would just lead to more questions and a unhappy Sylar . . .

What I don't understand is why Sylar didn't escape eariler. He said he turn the I.V off ages ago which meant that he was able to use his powers.

He could of escaped while mohinder was adding his infromation on to the Computer and get the list easily!
