Let's go to the U.S. now, where the outgoing year witnessed the biggest wave of protests since the Vietnam War. Americans have been turning out in droves in hundreds of cities across the United States. They too want a revolution - but an economic one. And they've all been united under the umbrella "Occupy" movement as it became know, which sprang up in New York more than three months ago. Marina Portnaya has been covering the protests for RT.

Please send me a link to a video showing the Occupy movement engaged in "anarchy".

  • @intrepidorator well I am neither rich nor receiving welfare. but i know all my money goes to either the gov or to rich people. i also know that i work my ass off everyday and no one in god's great earth provides for me or my family but myself. so when my home and job security and income amounts are affected cuz some rich assholes and corrupt politicians want even more money, your "basic truths" dont seem to work out. FUCK THE GREEDY AND FUCK CORRUPTION.

  • how cum its always in america da police take it 2 far wilest in europe its da protesters who take it 2 far

  • @radiantcold: You didn't see the shitting on police cars, pissing in public, sleeping wherever they could on public property and refusing to move or leave, especially after their permit (for the few that actually obtained a permit) to march had expired??? They broke noise ordinances, interfered with local businesses (many had to close), and left trash everywhere!!! These are just a "few" of the things the animals did. They should have been arrested or shot. Filth.

  • @TropikalWaves - lazy communist sympathizers? ---Poppycock!!

  • @1ChuckUFarley Poverty shared can be more sublime than wealth without anyone. I simply meant that the satisfaction of material things is limited, but to share your self with someone (in most cases a marriage) will transport you into realms of abundance, even in poverty, you could never dream of otherwise.

Marriage however, is not for everyone, but to seek out satisfaction of the "self" is a bottomless pit. Don't take my word for it...my guess is you're finding some of this already.

  • @Evenwas616 POLICE ARE COPS. PIGS ARE CORRUPT COPS. FURTHERMORE,I,M NOT A NICE PERSON. I LIKE THROWING MY HANDS ON PIGS.

  • These so-called "occupiers" are nothing but ignorant, lazy communist sympathizers. This is the way most Americans feel about them. This left-leaning Obama has tried to cause class warfare to push his socialist agenda. He will be voted out in November.

  • @1ChuckUFarley - No, you're even more common than the 99%. I'm not sure there is a number that fits you. Who's gonna bury you? Obviously the most important person in your life is well taken care of. Difficult to bury yourself.

  • @1ChuckUFarley Once you hit $80,000 or seemingly around what you make, money becomes less of a problem, i'm not sure but you definitely are not the 99%, maybe the top 10% i think.
