Not enough people understand the use of a heavy bag like this... They're great for building power -- and I hammer on mine just about every morning for that reason -- but the real strength is the swinging movement of the bag. They teach dynamic footwork, angles, timing, and range-finding, critical parts of any martial artist's game. This is great stuff, and I'll bet it's a real pounder of a workout.

Nive to round out your other martial skills with sticks. Lots of power. Devastating effect. Need to add some fluidity (might as well look good while you're delivering the beating).
