i think stevo and jan got sued by joe for trying to perform under the name the vandals and trying to perform the old vandals songs (the ones that they wrote).

well the band that played anarchy burger isn't joe's current band. he might own the name and call both bands the same thing...but they are most definitely two different bands.

It kinda compromises any sincerity that was once carried via songs like "Anarchy Burger", or in the iconoclastic moniker of the band itself.
And don't forget that the punk peddled by Kung-Fu Records tends to be a farce at worst and a parody of itself at best.
