@trbossdoggy Well, yeah that's true. I wasn't saying he couldn't tune a guitar. I just "heard" that the people that did tune his guitar before the show(probably roadies) didn't tune it correctly or how Kurt wanted it to, and when the show started he had an untuned guitar which made him mad. I'm not sure if this is true or not, just a rumor.

2 facts i know about nirvana because i heard them out of kurts mouth in interviews.
1. he hated the studio version of nevermind and played the songs live truer to the original concept of the song, not the polished edited clean flawless quality you hear on never mind.
2. If a crowed pissed him off in any way, like by booing the opening act he would intentionally screw up popular songs.
i think most of that is in the video "nirvana: live tonight and sold out"
