Wheelhouse Sells WHOPPER

Wheelhouse represents local buyer, The Prado Group, in their acquisition of a prime nine-building portfolio. The properties consist of 156 units in total, and are located in exquisite neighborhoods of San Francisco and Burlingame. The brokers involved were Toby Costello and Michael Thomas of Wheelhouse. The properties were sold by Tribeca Companies through an owned affiliate partnership entity Sky Pacific Holdings II, LLC. The buildings were initially acquired by them through foreclosure from the Lembi family in late 2009.
