so u lost 10 kg's in muscle mass after one year of just estrogen??? pls reply, im thinking of transitioning : ) and what did Androcur do for your weight?/ did it make feet and hands smaller??

@TheFutureTgirl i did lose alot of muscle mass but gained alot of fat instead so it is quite common to gain weight when you start trantitioning

@TheFutureTgirl yes hands and feet do get smaller it depends but i went 2 sizes down in feet size and there are alot that say the same thing

@elm5 thanks for responding to all my questions, but the feet and hands thing kinda scares me cause my feet are a male size 10 and im scared they wont get smaller when im on hormones and T Blockers, did your feet get smaller?/ like could u fit into smaller female shoes after hormones?

wow. i've been feeling the exact same on the same amount of estradiol, wondering what the heck is wrong with me that i'm not feeling much better. Now i'm going to add androcur starting tomorrow! yay!

though my endo said that with a certain amount he wanted to prescribe i might get really depressed so he'd rather have me start at half of that. i really wonder about that, considering i'm taking this for the opposite effect.

To elm5 : The reasons why other Hormonal Products gave you fluctuations in weight ( increased weight . . etc body fat dispositioning ) , erratic mood swings and dry skin is because of Androcur being combined with Ethinyl-Estradiol. Which is why - it is recommended to take Androcur first before doing any Estradiol treatments. Once the body is able to adapt to the changes brought by the Androcur in about a few months , you can then start off with the Diane 35 28-day pack.
