This very much applies to interviewing. Remember, your interviewer does not know who wronged you. All they will see is that you are a complainer and a possible problem to the organization.

Your main objective is to sell yourself in the interview. Don't bad mouth others, no matter how horrible they are. It will only reflect poorly on you.
