@tokumas he said in his twitter he's not quitting acting, he's just focusing on his book Kagerou which will be released this Dec 15 (and also won Poplar Publishing Grand Prize for Fiction) right now

Today, it is said he officially anounced that he already has quit his production and tries to become a novel writer. His official website was already closed. I'm not a fan of him, but he isn't like a typical Japanese actor who messes around with stupid comedians and doesn't obey stupid Japanese feudal customs which juniors should be humble, so I think it is a big loss for the industry.

@tokumas Oh,that's sad,I thought he will still continue his acting career beside pursuing novel writing.It's really a big loss :( I hope that he will be successful in writing at least...Maybe he quits acting because he wants to spend more time with his family.
