What can I say?
Lots and lots of work.
The edit took me like months of time, then I had rendering problems... That explains the small screen and the crappy quality. I hadn't trained for like 3 months, so I decided to go training again. I can say, I've never trained this hard! I like what I improved. I deflected some limits, conquered lots of fears, and this is the result! Enjoy!
