  • I lost fifteen pounds and am still losing, all I did was stop eating after 6 pm and started eating breakfast and eat little portions of food throughout the day. Try it it works! My sister loves eating to much so she only has only lost 8 pounds so far.

  • @doodleorme The BMI is only so accurate. It doesn't measure fat percent nor muscle mass. Doctors only use it to measure vaguely where overweight nor underweight sick people are. BMI can't differ whether you're a bodybuilder or a 25-yearold chubby girl. It can't tell the difference between fat nor muscle, so don't worry too much :) You're 14, right? Live life and enjoy. ^_~

  • Hi! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend lost lots of weight with it.
