I think i may be allergic to latex with alergic contact dermatitis. This week my bio class dissected pigs and we were using latex gloves, coincidentally I the next day after I wore the gloves I started getting itchy like rashes on my elbows and knees. I shrugged it off thinking it was another poison oak reaction but living in FL I couldn't think of anywhere I could come in contact with it then the rashes were different than poison oak after a while. amen! i think i may have an allergy to it. just started 4 second time at dentist office, as assistant. & since the other day,i have been broken out everywhere in hives! & my hands are swollen!

hi you should advocate every place to get rid of latex even your fire department because the masks firefighters wear are latex,also janitorial whether it be hospital/hotels be also latex free.

I meant to give you a higher rating. Anaphylactic shock has changed my life. I experienced depression too. After this nightmare, depression had me. I didn't have it. Now, I'm very happy to be me. Even if depression is a part of me. I feel the experience made me a better person, but I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
