KILLER WHALE ATTACK-SEAWORLD 2010-KILLER WHALE TRIED TO SWALLOW MY BABY SISTER!

The rescent death of a SEAWORLD employee really makes me aware, that SEAWORLD has repeatively allowed this same whale to perform after other attacks, in the public.

Killer whales aren't pets and this one should be taken out of the public. The insultive way that SEAWORLDhandled PETA was really name calling and not very professional. SEAWORLD'S spoke person calling them radicals and saying that they weren't experts. Made my blood boil. I grew up in the bush along the rugged coast line in the territory of Alaska, and we all knew that Killer whales will eat small children. If SEAWORLD allows this killer whale to return to public performance, then they should be accountable for it. The killer whale is under investigation for homicide. Shouldn't it be SEAWORLD should be under investigation for homicide?

Couldn't agree with you more! Tilikum could no doubt survive in the wild, as he obviously can still hunt. He needs to be released so that he can swim the 100 miles/day that killer whales do in the wild. We as a society need to stop thinking of our "need" for entertainment and respect and preserve the natural world in which we live.

Maybe we should put the owner's of Seaworld in a tank, have other mammanls ride them in the pool. The need for entertainment and respect has turned into the result of the death of a young woman, whose family is grieving. Just because it was her job, she isn't a herion. She is dead. Right on, this seems that Seaworld is trying to transfer the homicide of the young woman to the whale. But isn't it the same, if someone, had their attack dog, kill a person. The dog would be destroyed and the owner charged in many states. It is irresponsible of Seaworld to even consider returning this whale back in the tank. The girl's family my heart goes out to them. Orcas are not evil, they don´t murder like people do, they are to intelligent. But some of them can´t handle to be in captivity, like Tilikum. But that dos not make him evil, or make him to a killer mashine. We are the only killers on earth! Orcas kills to survive, we kill for fun! And just so you know it, Keiko was sat free, but he missed people to much, so he must have had, some good days in captivity.
