Everyone wants to know how many subscribers they need to become a YouTube Partner. There is no set amount of subscribers that you have to have to be partnered so RJared shares what he had when he was approved for partnership.

Rjared had only 800 subscribers when he got approved for partnership. Just because he had 800 does not mean you have to also because he has even heard of some people being approved with only 200 subscribers. He has even heard of people possesing a mass amount of subscribers but denied partnership ( check out why sub for sub doesn't really work in the previous partnership blog, Part 34).

The biggest requirement to meet as far as the shape that your channel is in is video views. Throw out all percieved notions you had like channel views, friends and subscribers because YouTube predominately takes into consideration the amount of VIDEO VIEWS that you have. YouTube wants to see a lot of videos on your channel with a lot of views.

RJared reccomends to have at least have one thousand subscribers before you apply for partnership. He also says that even if you have about 50 thousand uploaded video views but not many subscribers, to still go ahead and apply for YouTube Partnership. RJared also says to aim for at least 800 to a thousand views per video. If you so happen to be denied partnership, you can apply again for review two months later. Don't give up if you are denied, let it motivate you to do better in building your channel.

Jared do you think if you apply and get rejected, and apply again in 2 months.

Do you think that decreases your chance in getting accepted the next time you apply?

Or do they review your channel completely from scratch again?
