Getting a Monroe piercing at In The Skin in Victoria, Texas. I had wanted it for so long and finally got the chance to do it. It didn't really hurt all that much, just sort of stung a bit.
If you're in the Victoria TX area and want to get a piercing or tattoo done in a clean and friendly environment then i definitely recommend going to In The Skin!

@019GEM Lol. It didn't really hurt at all actually, just felt like a little ant bite or prick...not painful :) I've never had an actual lip piercing so i don't know how snake bites would feel, but i've heard they don't really hurt. That's awesome that you want them, i'm sure they'll look great :) Just make sure your parents are in total agreement, and that you go somewhere clean and safe! :)
