E Cigs have nicotine of course. Nicotine is used in many medicines, is effectively harmless but is addictive to a degree. However new American research shows nicotine can postpone the onset of both Alzeimers and Parkinsons disease. And reduce their effects. Also other conditions. In that it is positively positive health wise. You could be healthier using nicotine alone than not ......
