2/18/08 wind-whipped ocean waves!

Bonnet Shores, Narragansett RI...Videotaped some impressive ocean waves both on Narragansett Bay and on the open ocean...((at Bonnet Shores' beach..)) Awesome waves seen at this inlet beach...check them out~~! ((Videotaped at 730am and again 12 noon--as winds were gusting over 50 mph during much of the day....))...BTW...sorry for the tone of my voice when I've mentioned ''mansions in the way of my seeing the waves'' as those mansions are literally awesome.

@kayschoe97 ~~~~>TYSVVM, for the nice comments on the huge waves from 2 1/2 years ago...... BTW...I got more such waves on 3/26/10((exactly 6 months ago today)) and AGAIN on 3/14/10..I also got nice big waves from the same area....WANNA see those too???

TYSVVM, Oral..for your nice comments.... they did predict thunder that same day however. I've always loved big waves since childhood..when gas prices were below 35.9 cents per gallon, heeeheee.

TYSVVVM, Tony...and others...I love this video I've made although no thunder in this ''storm''....I was deeply impressed with the huge waves, big time!!! BTW..Tony..anyone else..wanna see my 5/29/05-YouTube-Tstorm videos? I got some real awesome CG-bolts, loud thunderclaps, ''wall cloud'' and even 'mammatus' clouds.... TYSVM... KUTEW on the postings.

Verry exelent video of those storm drivin waves, its always a joy to see those massive waves rolling in on to the shore, you can see literly the power of wather whomwe not must underestimate.

Its a realy relaxing moment between those loud and severe T-storms.

thanks for this post, James- your channel is excellent (i think i've been here before).

this one brings back great memories of surf checks with my wife and son whenever a good storm was forecast. i admire all the work you've done over such a long time, recording our exciting local weather events and sharing them with others. thanks again. in the meantime...diggin' the snow and waiting for the summer...(or some thundersnow)
