How to Arrange Flowers in Style | Pottery Barn

Flower arrangements can be smartly displayed to define the style of the house. In this video, Pottery Barn design expert, Courtney demonstrates how to create flower arrangements for consoles, centerpieces and the side tables.

To make these arrangements, Courtney uses flower vases of different shapes and sizes. According to her, tall and wide flower vases help in creating a dramatic and glamorous mood for the hallways. To create table centerpiece flower arrangements, she chooses flower vases with low height so the guests can comfortably see across the table.

A hallway flower arrangement can be prepared using peonies, hydrangeas and bells of Ireland. For the centerpiece flower arrangement, Courtney uses different flowers of the same color. For bed side table, she uses geranium leaves and pliable curly willow to make flower arrangements that appear extremely decorative. Courtney suggests starting with the largest flowers to create the base, so that they can hold up the smaller stems and flowers.
